How is The Daily Cup coffee the best in town?

We combine the best of both worlds, our beans are fairly traded from the best producing and recognized farms in the world, and freshly roasted in the UAE. We are proud to roast locally, contributing to a better Daily Cup of caffeine for all home baristas and coffee lovers.


We believe in less is more, that’s why we offer two premium specialty roasts for that excellent Daily Cup. You can choose for that smooth body and silky finish from our light medium roast, or go for bold flavors with our medium dark roast.

What type of coffee do you offer? And where is the coffee coming from?

Only the best coffee beans will make it through our careful cupping and selection procedure. We offer only single origin 100% Arabica beans, our Light Medium Roast is from Brazil and our Medium Dark is from Guatemala. However we keep sourcing good options for the best coffee beans through the top coffee continents such as South America, Africa, and Asia. For more details kindly visit Our Beans page.

What is a coffee roast?

By roasting the coffee beans, the coffee gets taste, aroma, smell and color. The longer the beans are roasted, the stronger, more bitter the taste becomes.

How much coffee is used for the best Daily Cup?

Our recommendation is to use 16-18 grams per a perfect cup.

How long does it take before the coffee expires?

Our bags are delivered and tagged by a recommended consumption date. In case your bag passes this date, please don’t worry. You will not have to run to the doctor. Generally, as a best quality recommendation, a bag is best consumed within 3 weeks from roast, after that the taste could become less.

Can I buy your coffee in the supermarket?

Our coffee is only available through The Daily Cup platform. We offer premium specialty coffee, only 80+ graded by the SCAA standards. Why would you go to the supermarket if you can get it delivered onto your doorstep for free? Another plus, its freshly roasted.

Why do you offer only 2 variants of coffee?

Because we do not want to cause you any stress choosing for your perfect Daily Cup. Most roasters have an infinite amount of variants to choose from, mostly less suitable as great daily coffee options. We offer 2 very well balanced 100% Arabica coffee bean variants. And we will likely complement our offering occasionally with a seasonal limited edition.

Are you really 20% cheaper?

Yes we are, and in most cases even cheaper. Calculate for yourself:


To serve an average of 2 Daily Cups of fresh roasted single origin 100% Arabica beans :

- The average roaster would offer 250 grams for 65 AED, x 4 bags would cost 260 AED for 1 kilo.

- The Daily Cup can offer this for 200 AED.

- The difference is 60 AED / 260 AED * 100% = 23%

And we are even leaving the free delivery service out of scope, with this you earn yourself another 20 AED saving, which would make our fresh roast as good as 30% cheaper.


The big players focus on offering too many choices of coffee that is difficult to select from, in too little bags that cause costly handling, with outsourced expensive delivery services. We are challenging exactly what makes this Daily premium coffee experience less comfortable for the home barista, and we pride ourselves to make everyones Daily Cup of Joy worthwhile!

Which subscriptions are offered?

Our subscriptions are super simple. The more Daily Cups you drink, the less we charge. You can choose the desired Daily Cups in our cup selector, choose the preferred roast and desired grind, thats it! Sit back and we will deliver you fresh beans every 2 weeks!


Receive 250 grams for selecting 1 Daily Cup, every 2 weeks;

Receive 500 grams for selecting 2 Daily Cups, every 2 weeks;

Receive 1000 grams for selecting 4 Daily Cups, every 2 weeks;

Receive 1500 grams for selecting 6 Daily Cups, every 2 weeks;

Receive 2000 grams for selecting 8 Daily Cups, every 2 weeks.


Whether you prefer a bold Lungo, good sized Americano, or any of your favorite Espresso-Milk based combinations, your premium Daily Cup is best served at a dose of 16-18 grams per beverage.

Do I sign up with a commitment on The Daily Cup subscriptions?

Our subscriptions are 100% flexible. Login to your account, and you can change, pause, or stop your subscription at any time.

Can I pause my subscription??

In case you are planning to travel and would like to temporarily pause the subscription, you can do so by contacting our customer care team at XXX. Just let us know your desired date of return to activate the next delivery, and we make sure a fresh bag of premium coffee is ready.

What if I want to make changes to my subscription?

No worries, you can make any changes to your subscription really easy! You can change any of your account or subscription details by logging in to your account.


For account related details, select My Account, and you can change your name and address details, delivery preferences, and payment method.

For subscription details, select My Subscriptions, and you can choose the coffee selection, Daily Cups, and grind preference. Also you can pause your subscription or stop it any time.


Just keep in mind that any changes must be made before your automatic payment renewal, at 12 noon, 5 days before your delivery day.

When will I receive the next delivery?

No worries, we got you! Please reach out to us and we will see if we can get a rush order through in record speed. Please do yourself a favor and don’t forget to select the right Daily Cup subscription to prevent you run out of coffee again!

When will the amount for the subsequent delivery be debited?

The amount will be automatically debited from your account 5 days before you receive the next delivery.

Can I try your coffee?

Absolutely! We have the perfect taste promo ready for you. We will offer 20% discount on your first order at The Daily Cup. And we doorstep deliver to you for free. You can now taste at ease.

Am I tied to the trial offer?

No! You can change, pause or stop your subscription at any time. Also a few days prior to the next delivery to stack up your coffee supply, you will receive an email from us.

I have a discount code. How can I apply the code?

Great, coffee taste even better on a good promo! Through the try us page you can order your first bag with 20% discount, and this will automatically apply.


We also support a 20% referral discount as we appreciate you spread the word to build The Daily Cup community! For referral discounts please ask your referral to apply at checkout with the unique code under your account subscription. Every month a referral code is applied a 20% discount is auto-deducted on your next scheduled delivery. See your account for details.

Did I authorize an auto-payment on my credit card?

With your first order you gave permission for direct debit from your credit card. We will only charge the subscription fee selected always a few days prior to delivery. Dont worry, you will receive a notification from us.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Daily Cup accepts any credit cards from VISA or Mastercard, as well as ApplePay. Your first payment takes place manually upon your subscription order. Each next delivery a direct debit would be charged on your registered account.

When will I be charged?

Once you sign up for your first bag of premium coffee from The Daily Cup, you will be charged right away. For all subsequent deliveries, you will be charged 5 days before your next delivery day, as long as you haven't paused an order or cancelled your subscription.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails during checkout, you will see an error message on your screen.

If a recurring payment fails, you will receive an email alerting you of the error.


Dont worry, you can always update the payment method in your account by clicking the button on the email or go to your account settings to update your payment card details.


We automatically re-try declined payments approximately 24 hours after the failure, to assure you don’t miss out on the next delivery. In case of questions, do reach out to us.

How to update my payment details?

- Go to your Account Details in 'My Account'

- Check your Payment Details

- Click on 'Manage Card' and update your new card details.

- The money is deducted, but where is my coffee?

Rest assured, 5 days after the payment has been debited the coffee will be delivered. Still didn’t receive any coffee, do reach out to us.

What is the delivery time of my order?

We deliver our coffee weekly on Fridays. This allows us to guarantee fresh beans ALWAYS with the highest roast quality, doorstep delivered just before the weekend starts. Its also our way of contributing to a better and greener coffee industry, minimizing roast and delivery waste.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email on my order. What should I do?

Please do check your spambox! If no confirmation email can be found, do reach out to us.

Do I pay for delivery?

No, all our subscriptions are doorstep delivered for free.

Do you deliver coffee outside of Dubai?

Yes we offer our coffee to all 7 Emirates, we are proud to roast in UAE and serve the best coffee in town!

What if I am not at home?

You can leave a preference in your account details in case nobody is home. Our delivery team will also reach out to you in case you are not at home. If convenient and with your permission we could leave it on your doorstep.

My coffee is not yet delivered, what should I do?

No worries, maybe our delivery team is having a coffee break. If you would like us to check it, do feel free to reach out.

I would like to return my order, is this possible?

Are you not satisfied with our bag of fresh roasted love? No problem! In that case we happily drink the coffee ourselves. Unopened bags can be returned, unfortunately opened bags will not be refunded.

What terms apply for returning?

Only sealed and unopened bags could be returned.
